MFC CRUISE THROUGH SUMMER GIVEAWAY - OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

ENTRY INTO THIS PROGRAM CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

 

CONTEST DATES:  The contest will run from June 15, 2026 to July 31, 2026.

 

WHO MAY ENTER:

Marianas Finance Corp. (referred hereafter to as MFC) Cruise Through Summer Giveaway is open to Guam residents aged 18 and older. Any nominee under 18 years of age will be required to have written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Employees of MFC and its respective agencies and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside are not eligible to win.

 

Any submissions made under false pretenses will automatically be disqualified.

 

PRIZES AND CONTEST STRUCTURE:

 

MFC will award eight (8) grand prize winners total, who will be eligible to receive a prize package of a $100 gift card for Shell fuel.

 

All winners will be chosen randomly.  Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferrable.

 

To be eligible to win, giveaway entrants can obtain an entry by either one of the following methods:

 

1. Apply for a personal loan in person at the Marianas Finance Corp. office located at 825 S. Marine Corps Drive, Tamuning, Guam 96913.   All applications must be completed by 12PM on July 31, 2026 to eligible for the prize drawing.

 

1. FOLLOW the MFC Facebook Page, and fill out the online entry form at marianasfinance.com/promo.  All online entries must be received by 12PM on July 31, 2026 to be eligible for the prize drawing.

 

Only one entry per person will be eligible for entry.  No purchase necessary to enter.  MFC reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of this program at its discretion without notice.

 

DRAWING DATES:

The random drawings for the grand prizes will occur on the following dates:

 

June 26, 2026 - (1) In-Office Entry

July 3, 2026 - (1) In-Office Entry

July 10, 2026 - (1) Online Entry and (1) In-Office Entry

July 17, 2026 - (1) In-Office Entry

July 24, 2026 - (1) In-Office Entry

July 31, 2026 - (1) Online Entry and (1) In-Office Entry

 

The winners will be announced the following week.  MFC reserves the right to extend and/or modify the drawing date or the winner announcement date at their discretion.

 

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Prize winner will be notified via the customer-provided email address and announced on our Facebook page.    

 

At the discretion of the selection committee, any winner may be disqualified at the MFC Management’s discretion.  In the event it is determined that a winner has not complied with these terms & conditions, has failed to return any required documents within the specified time period, has made false statements or a prize notification is not claimed, then the assumed winner will be disqualified.

 

PRIZES: 

All prizes will be determined solely by MFC management and will be announced on its website and official Facebook page. MFC management reserves the right to reschedule the contest, modify the entry procedures, cancel the contest or cancel the awarding of prizes. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Winners assume full responsibility for the prize. No purchase necessary to win or nominate a candidate.

 

RELEASES:

By accepting a nomination the candidate agrees to MFC’s use of their personal information and likeness for both online and offline marketing purposes. Winners must agree to photo shoots, video shoots, and interviews as determined by the selection committee.  Winning constitutes permission to use Winners’ names, images, village, likeness, prize won and photograph (all at MFC’s discretion) for future advertising and/or publicity in any and all media without additional compensation, notification or permission.
